The TNM software can be used for measuring organizational climate to individual performance gaps. Organizations can discover:
- Importance placed on competencies required to perform a job function
- Comparison between perceptions of management and front-line employees
- Overall performance gaps that identify critical areas of focus for training

360º Performance Appraisal Software
Individual 360º performance reports enable managers and employees to evaluate their performance from the perceptions of others. Summary reports include:
- Overall Group Needs - shows overall demand for training in each competence
- Overall Averages - shows average scores for all respondents
- Individual Gap Priorities - prioritizes performance gaps
- Individual Needs Reports - show ratings for Importance, Performance or GAP
- Scatterplot Report - shows distribution of competencies into four categories based on the level of need.
- Norm Comparison Report - shows individual comparison to the group in each area competency
