This two year joint project for BT/CGI included the planning and
implementation needed to migrate to centralized support services,
featuring self-service enterprise software and a new service delivery VoIP
system & a web platform for service delivery.
Interior Savings Credit Union
This three year project included a succession planning strategy for staff
and the development & implementation of a web hosted enterprise career
management application.
USA Department
of Agriculture
The HR group of this USDA Agency aquired our competency management system
implementation and the processes to manage future growth and staff
development.
Exxon-Mobil
This three year project included the development of strategies &
processes to migrate business units to a new service model. Also
knowledge management tools were developed to minimize knowledge loss &
just in time learning systems. The processes and tools were transferred
to Exxon-Mobil staff for ongoing implementation.
