Electronic Performance Enhancement Tool (ePET) TM
The ePET is a self-managed web-based in-house competency management tool that enables employees and managers to plan learning opportunities, track performance improvement and plan career development strategies. The tool is designed to support the use of the PET, although it will allow managers and employees to work from an electronic template that can be updated and managed by the training department.
